LFP MEDIA announces the appointment of Martin AURENCHE as Chief Media Officer and Jérôme DUMOIS as Chief Transformation & Innovation Officer.
Reporting to Benjamin MOREL, who joined as CEO of LFP MEDIA at the end of March, Martin AURENCHE and Jérôme DUMOIS will reinforce an organization aimed at giving a new impetus to French professional football by combining sports competitiveness and entertainment through investment in the Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 brands, infrastructure, digitization, quality fan experience, and new technological tools.
As a lawyer specialized in audiovisual and media law and previously VP of Sport Content & Acquisition at beIN MEDIA GROUP, Martin AURENCHE has extensive expertise in sports rights both in France and internationally, as well as a long-standing experience as a broadcaster. With a perfect understanding of media commercial strategies and expectations, Martin AURENCHE will be responsible for supporting the sale of rights in France and internationally while supervising the production and distribution of matches with the objective of making Ligue 1 the most innovative championship in this field.
A sports specialist for more than 15 years with responsibilities in agencies and institutions, Jérôme DUMOIS has a deep understanding of the challenges and levers of the sports industry, with expertise and a fine knowledge of football and its stakeholders. Formerly the Chief of Staff to the President of the UNFP for many years, he joins LFP Media as Chief Transformation & Innovation Officer. Working closely with all the other departments at LFP Media and LFP, Jérôme DUMOIS will be responsible for implementing new innovative collective actions in line with cultural, societal, and sports evolutions, both locally, nationally and internationally, and in line with the ambition of the Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 championships and the new positioning of their brands.
